2. Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Payment Terms
- •A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
- •Full payment must be completed 7 days before the tour date
- •Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI
- •All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Process
- •Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation
- •Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- •Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable
4. Travel Terms & Conditions
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, permits, and any required health certificates. We assist in obtaining necessary permits but are not responsible for delays or denials by authorities.
Health & Safety
Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities. We recommend travel insurance and appropriate vaccinations as advised by health authorities.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or pandemics.

Voyage Vista Travels acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers. While we strive to ensure the highest quality of services, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk
• We maintain appropriate licenses and follow safety protocols
• Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid by the guest
• Claims must be reported immediately and in writing
